Royal Wedding Envy

The countdown is on to what the media are calling "the wedding of the century." You might be in the midst of planning yours as well, and can't stop buying into the royal wedding buzz. While you work out like crazy and eat salads for lunch, it would be fun to know if Kate is on a diet as well. Or, if William is getting the jitters! Chances are that the royal sweeties are just as excited about their upcoming nuptials as anyone would be. Except, of course, for the fact that the entire world will be viewing their "I dos!" Talk about nerve wracking.

As you're planning your wedding, there are a few tips you should take from the royals. Perhaps the number one thing to take from any royal wedding is to keep it classy. Trendy gowns and colors come and go, but your wedding photos should be able to span years of trends with some classic style. Try to choose a dress that flatters you in all the right parts and a hairstyle that is classically pretty. Not only will you look gorgeous on your big day, but your grandkids will someday be gazing at photos and think you were a supermodel. There is no doubt that Kate will be looking absolutely breathtaking in her designer dress, but there is no need to spend your entire life savings on yours. Keep your gown simple and accessorize with your grandmother's vintage jewelry or just a single strand of pearls. Add some flowers to your hair and you'll look like a princess walking down that aisle.
Our society has a celebrity wedding fetish, but it can't be all that romantic to be getting hitched if the paparazzi are hiding in the bushes outside of your wedding location. While some of your friends might end up in the bushes after your reception, there is nothing classy about having to cover your face while you stroll into the building. So be glad that you aren't in the same boat as these engaged royal cuties. Yes, they are super rich and famous, but you are classy and gorgeous and can tell everyone you know where you're getting married. And there will be no annoying helicopters hovering over your wedding! Enjoy looking like a princess on your big day and your adorable groom will look like a prince at that end of that aisle. Dance the night away to hip hop or your friend's band, and know that Kate and William are probably not even going to do the electric slide at theirs. The queen wouldn't approve, but your new mother-in-law will probably be leading all of your guests in this super classy dance.

Prom night is obviously one of the most important social events in a teen's life. It combines romance, a party atmosphere, and a sense of saying goodbye to high school and carefree days.Hair extensions are a simple way to get a beautiful prom hair style for either an up do or long and glamorous wavy look. Use hot roller, curling irons and a blow dryer to style your prom hair style. Just be sure you are careful near the bonds and/or clips so that you can readily conceal where the extensions are attached.
